305 Cardio
Turn your workout into a party in our signature 45-min dance cardio class! Time seriously flies in this music-driven, booty-popping experience.
305 combines dance, kickboxing, HIIT, and plyometrics for an amazing and effective full-body workout that truly feels like a party! No dance experience necessary.

Strength & HIIT
This 45-min class is way more fun than lifting solo! Focusing on muscular endurance and strength, you'll boost your metabolism, build up bone density, and learn new moves to do at the gym. We're getting the big girl weights out and building that butt! Whether you’re dabbling in strength training for the first time or you’re a seasoned pro, this class will have you feeling on fire all week long. We’ve got the PWR!
HOT STRETCH
Using the latest science in flexibility training, this class combines active lengthening, dynamic stretching, breathwork, and myofascial release in a heated room.
Tune up your alignment in your spine, hips, and shoulders and stimulate synovial fluid, allowing joints to move freely and without stiffness.
The result: increased blood flow, reduced soreness, improved flexibility, and blissful relaxation!
Pro Tip: Add a Hot Stretch class on post-305 Cardio for the ultimate recovery.
305 Kids (4+)
Two trained instructors support children in their social-emotional development and motor skills in 305 Junior. We'll dance, play games, and practice our balance and movement skills! No caretaker needed for children ages 4+, so you can run errands or take a cardio class in our grown-up studio.

Little Maestros (3 months+)
Little Maestros is an award-winning, educator-approved infant and toddler music program for 3 months and older!
Bring your little one to make friends and participate in original interactive activities, a language development segment, musical storytime, imaginative and pretend play, global awareness segments, puppet shows with a special message, a dance party, and much more.
Little Maestros is continuously creating! Each class is fresh and special. Friendships are made, children have the ideal experience for their developing minds and spirits, and everyone leaves with a smile!
